Hello readers! How are you doing? : ) I'm doing great because some weeks ago I got my package from Cherry Culture, I enjoyed their 20% off of the entire store and snatched a few new and exciting items. Want to see them up close? Then please keep on reading ; )
NYX Natural palette, got it because it looked nice, haven't played with it yet, the assortment of colours combines matte, satin and shimmery, we'll see. NYX LIF* in Ciao Bella palette, became literally obsessed with it upon first laying my eyes on it; the 'blush' colour is great for applying just above the crease and below the brow bone, can't wait to use it. NYX LIP** in Je Ne Sais Quoi palette, yes, another neutral palette, what can I tell ya? I'm a sucker for those bad boys haha : P Anyway, looks like the perfect companion for my beloved Champagne & Caviar palette, it has three matte shades so that's a plus in my book these days. NYX LIP** in You Are In Seine palette, has a gold and a matte blue (and three more for a total of five matte colours!) so I couldn't resist; this is going to be great for on-the-go looks, like day-to-night makeups. All three palettes have the cutest bow on the side of the lid that I found just adorable. Kudos to NYX for their 'kawaii' packaging ♥ Jordana Best Lash Extreme mascara, Lauren from youtube raved about this so I wanted to try it and so I did, judge for yourselves here. NYX blushes in Taupe, got it as a back up (see swatch here), it is THE best shade for contouring; and Bourgeois Pig, I won't open it yet because I have ten other cheek colour thingies going on at the moment (!) Seems pretty similar to Mocha, just a tad pinker and lighter. NYX Studio Liquid Liner in Extreme Gold, I had this before and loved it and one day it fell off the table and broke, it was an utter mess! Now we are once again reunited and I will be extremely careful not to drop it *fingers crossed. It is a metallic gold, super opaque and long lasting. If pencils refuse to stay on your lid, try this one, you won't regret it, see full review here. NYX Wonder pencil in Light and Medium, got both shades because I wasn't sure which one would suit me, turns out 'medium' is quite close to my skin tone and 'light' is the ideal nude shade for the waterline, though I'm sorry to say they don't wear well there so I'm slightly disappointed at that. As concealers these are fantastic, the pencil shape offers a more precise application, a lot better than a brush and lasted on me all day, so it's a thumbs up for me! Ardell False Lashes in 110, I went through my previous ones from this brand really quickly, they're not as good as everyone claims them to be, we'll see if I have better luck with this kind. Milani Liquif'eye pencils in Aqua and Black, got them as back ups, love them to pieces, they're pigmented, long lasting and very easy to apply. LA Girl loose glitter in Paparazzi (multicoloured white) and High Roller (gold), haven't played with them yet, but then again I blame Lauren for these purchases because she used the latter in one of her tutorials and I thought 'I need that in my life!' oh well...
If there's a product you'd like me to review in full detail, please feel free to say so in the comments. Thank you so much for stopping by my darlings! ♥
