Good day my ladies, how's everyone doing? I'm not yet fully recovered from the damn flu but that wasn't reason enough to stop me from blogging so here I am today sharing with you a review on the Sleek Makeup Oh So Special palette. Not that's anything new about it, I mean, this palette has been around beauty blogs for a long time now but as usual I'd like to share my personal thoughts about it so, if you want to know what I think about it, then please keep on reading ^^
This palette falls into the everydaywear/neutral/work appropriate category so I guess many of you could be interested now, the big question is, is it worth the hype? Well, yes it is. The quality is seriously great: all colours are insanely pigmented, they're long lasting even without a primer, the fall out is minimal and it comes with a generous size mirror. It has shimmery/metallic shades but also has a matte medium brown for the crease, a dark borwn, a taupe and a black for smokey eyes, as well as a light pink, a coral and a nude colour for blending. The most gorgeous thing of this twelve eyeshadow ensemble, and what made me choose it over the Au Naturel one, has to be the duo chrome pink/gold eyeshadow called Gateau. By the way, those swatches from above were done WITHOUT a primer ; )
I've had this palette for over six months and I'm really happy I got it. It has several mattes as well as dark colours, a highlither and two blending/transition shades and the quality is comparable to more expensive brands, what more could you ask for? Oh yeah, a price tag that is tight-budget friendly. Hope you find this post helpful ^^ Have you tried other Sleek Makeup palettes, which ones do you recommend? Tell me in the comments! Have a great weekend my beauties!
