Hello beautiful readers! Back in March I did a bit of shopping through Amazon at the A-poly store but never got around to do the post showing you what I got so here's my petite haul from back then. Hope you find this post helpful for your next Korean purchases ^^
I've been searching for the perfect, most efficient face cleanser and found the Skinfood Egg White Pore Foam (already raved about in my past April favourites) to be one of the best I've tried. It cleanses, tightens the pores and prevents blackheads and pimples without drying the skin.
Following the path of trying to improve my skin health and reducing the size of my pores, I got the Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner. It completely replaced my morning cleanser and has become an HG product I hope I never run out of. Although it contains alcohol denat it hasn't irritated my skin, dried it out or caused breakouts. I use it in the mornings to clean my skin instead of water because lately I've been feeling that tap water has too much chlorine and that's been drying my skin and causing it to become oilier during the day.
Another product you've already seen featured on my blog (here) is the Etude House Goodbye Pore Ever primer and I liked it so much that got a back up. At first I used it very sporadically, but now it has become a regular in my daily routine. It fades the appearance of enlarged pores and leaves the skin surface really smooth to ease the foundation application.
It's no secret that the Dr Jart+ Silver Label Rejuvenating BB cream is my absolute favourite. I've already reviewed a sample tube I got with my first order from the A-poly store and I had to get it in full size. It's THE best BB cream for oily, acne prone, uneven skin, for real.
I love BB creams and when I saw this cute little tube called Magic Girls by Baviphat for oily skin I just couldn't resist. It has a decent amount of product as well as SPF but the coverage is too light. I've been, however, using it in conjuction with my Rimmel Lasting Finish foundation and the outcome is a flawless skin with added benefits: oil control, sunscreen and a matte finish. Not too bad but I've already have the Dr Jart BB I mentioned above that does all that and more.
Lastly I want to talk about the sheer volume of samples the A-poly store included with my order, I mean, look at the size of that Baking Powder cleanser tube!!! I also got three masks and a bunch of BB creams to try out as well as face highlighters, cleasing waters and moisturizers, not too bad indeed, not at all!
Thanks for stopping by! Have an awesome week mah-ladies! ♥
